Although the dictionary definition of the word diva is "a distinquished female singer; a prima donna," it is also taken from the word divine. So, an Iron Diva can be described as "one of God’s divine princesses." Isaiah 61:3 says "...to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness..." God wants to give us beauty and joy in our lives, but we must accept the gift in order to walk in it.
The acronym D.I.V.A. stands for:
D - Dominate sin
I - Intense worship
V - Victor, not victim
A - Accountable
Dominate Sin: I Corinthians 15:34a - "Awake to righteousness, and sin not." When we walk in the righteousness Christ died to give us, we can conquer any hurt, habit, or hangup that tries to overpower us.
Intense Worship - Psalm 149:6 - "Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;" Praise and worship are a powerful weapon.
Victor, not Victim - Romans 8:37 - "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." If we stick with it, WE WIN!
Accountable - Ecclesiates 4:9-10 - "Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. 10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up." We all need help.

For me, the accountability aspect is a bit wanting. Finding a workout partner has been a dismal failure because people have been either too advanced for me to keep up with, or so inconsistent that we never make any progress. I would love to pay a personal trainer for accountability, but that isn't feasable either. I'm still on the hunt for someone to confide in and share with. It's a difficult process, but it will be worth it when I find what I need.
