The ultimate cliché is "if not now, when?" But that sums up the when for this quest.
Look, let's be real. I'm by no means old, but I'm also not getting any younger. I'd like for the rest of my life to progress to walking in health instead of constantly being on the hunt for it. I need a better quality of life than I have now. That takes a now instead of a later.
As far as the practicality of timing, My goals are to shoot for working out five times a week, but will be happy with at least three. Thinking ahead while enjoying now is my goal.
