Warning signs.
I was talking to someone at work who's much younger than I am, and she's already having warning signs of health issues. I told her not to do what I did--wait until the warning signs nearly kill you before you do something about your health. That's what warning signs are for...to WARN! It makes getting healthy much harder when health issues invade a fitness program.
