Lent Photo A Day 15: "Wrestle"

Ephesians 6:12 -  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

 

 

In my quest for health, I've realized that the struggle really isn't against a cookie or a soft couch, but against the spiritual aspects of poor health.  Using food to replace what God should be, laziness, and gluttony are all things I need to bring into subjection to the Word and Spirit of God.

 

I saw a video on that very thing ages ago.  I need to see if I can find it again.
