GO!
It's still and quiet. The sun begins its slow steady ascent into a sky filled with shiny puffy clouds. The light bounces everywhere and a rainbow of soft pastel colors expand into view. I don't make a sound. I don't move. I watch in awe as God paints another breathtaking skyscape.
And I marvel.
I am thankful.
I am a kid watching Daddy make something pretty.
I am so thankful.
The words of the song Indescribable play in my mind.
The day may now begin.
Psalm 30:5 - ...weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. |
STOP!
I agree, mornings are beautiful . . . Lovely picture :) Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Damarise. You too.
DeleteThis is so beautiful. This photo reminds me of sunrises in Kansas.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I took this picture several months ago one morning.
DeleteOh yes, sister...joy will come in the morning!!! That's one of my favorite verses. Be blessed this weekend.
