40 Days of Gratitude: Day 10

Tonight the Calhoun County Community Band played a set at the lighting on the city square in JackVegas.  I could make jokes about the fact that though we've played at several city functions, the Mayor STILL doesn't announce the name of the band correctly, but I won't.  I could remark that I find it tacky that while I was playing there were people behind me loudly complaining about how many songs we were playing, but I won't.  But I am going to say that I'm thankful for the skills to play, and the humor to put up with almost anything to get to use those skills.  I'm also grateful for the fun and laughter, and a joyous way to celebrate the upcoming holidays.
